Hmm...blending the colors eh? I never thought of doing that. Thanks for the critique ^^  Mhmm quite easy :3 Just take a tissue, thats what I usually use, and then press it against the color pencil and blend. Like you do with a finger and pencil C: Some color pencils are harder to blend with others though.
Daww it's okay X3 I usually get mine form my friend who is a pencil hoarder XD it's either that or I get them for christmas C: But I'm more of a digital artist so it doesn't really mind what pencils I have but I have a BUNCH. I would donate some to you if I could X'D

I'll start with the positive things about the picture.
First off. Originality~! I never seen a picture with the same concept. It's very unique and original. Bravo~! For the most part your proportions are pretty well for a few minor things which I shall explain now~
The downsides of this picture.
For the most part the proportions are pretty well besides a few things. His right arm looks a little off. It kinda looks like like just a nub. The neck is pretty good in width and length but I suggest giving it a little curve not to much though or he'll look to girly. Last but no least the coloring looks kinda lazy and that you just scribbled it. When you color again with colored pencils grab a piece of tissue, toilet paper, and or a old piece of fabric and use it and blend the colored pencil. It will make it look smoother and you wont have to color as much :3
Overall its an amazing piece~ Keep up the good work hopefully this helps ><'
